Head of Sales

attn.live is looking for a Head of Sales. They will be offered equity in our Silicon Valley Tech Startup. Our CEO and CTO’s previous software company was recently acquired by a PE Firm.

attn.live created a new category we call "Live Podcasting". Our truly revolutionary software product is already built; it’s a platform that empowers content creators to live stream audio from any phone, tablet, or computer (Mac•Android•Windows) to Amazon Alexa and YouTube. We are adding distribution for Google Assistant, Facebook, Samsung Bixby, Twitter, Microsoft Cortana, SoundCloud, iTunes, and Spotify. Our ambition is to do for voice/audio/sound what YouTube has done for video, Twitter has done for text messaging, and LinkedIn has done for networking.

Our Head of Sales’s responsibilities will be to lead: sales, revenue, partnerships, business development, and our HubSpot Sales enterprise software with ~50K contacts in our CRM. You will also be expected to regularly “live podcast” using our attn.live product. As part of our executive team, you will report directly to our President and work closely with our Founder and CEO.

The expected interview process will be something like this: [1] express your interest by completing a brief form to outline your skillset, [2] 15 to 30 minute interview with our Head of Talent to learn more about the company, opportunity and compensation expectations, [3] 15 to 30 minute interview with our Chief of Ethics to learn about our company values and culture, [4] 45 minute to 1 hour conversation with our President, [5] 30 – 45 minute conversation with our CEO, [6] 30 minute conversation with our CTO (and potentially an advisor to the company) [8] Receive an official job offer, [9] Agree on your start date.

We are a fully distributed team with our team spread throughout the US and Europe. Our CEO is in Santa Cruz CA, and our CTO is in San Juan, Puerto Rico (where we have our HQ).
